Slate Grocery REIT Update

After the huge nosedive last week due to the suspension of dividends as part of its strategic review, a takeover announcement was made this morning at 13 dollars (is it USD?). Brixmore and Everview are the two acquiring companies on the Slate deal.

The market handed us a gift. A buyer with deep pockets swooping in was inevitable. Shoutout to @1ironborn who also saw this opportunity.

They say on BNN that the deal is expected to close in Q1 2027.
